You’re going to have to excuse the quality of these tracks. They’re not perfect. I don’t have much (any) info on the recording - it sounds like it might have been taped from an FM broadcast. But that’s just a guess.

Anyway - Ben Harper is one of those artists who floors me every time I see him. There’s been a bit of criticism re: the latest Bonnaroo SuperJam announcement - it’s Ben Harper, John Paul Jones, and Ahmir “?uestlove” Thompson. Apparently that doesn’t stand up well against previous SuperJams (which have included Stewart Copeland, Herbie Hancock, Dr. John and Trey Anastasio). Frankly, I expect a lot of people to be changing their tunes after hearing this trio. Anyway - enough of the chitchat, more of the music.
